World’s Best Wellness Clinic: SHA

SHA Wellness is notoriously known for their Spain location, as it has been named the World’s Best Wellness Clinic 2023 at the World Spa Awards. As of January, SHA will be opening another location in Mexico and they are officially accepting reservations!

The SHA method brings together the latest advances in scientific medicine and the most effective natural therapies, giving special prominence to healthy and balanced nutrition. Guests can choose a 4-21 day personalized health program focusing on Rebalance & Reenergize, Detox & Optimal Weight, Healthy Aging or Leader’s Performance.

The complex will comprise 35 residences and 100 oceanfront rooms and suites, each with private balconies and bathrooms with rain showers. Facilities at the wellness clinic include medical consultation rooms, mind and body rooms, a fitness studio, yoga and meditation sanctuaries, a spa and hydrotherapy circuit. The fitness facilities will offer outdoor and indoor training areas, including four movement studios, high-tech fitness equipment with virtual reality jogging track, guided walking meditation routes and tennis and paddle courts, to name a few. Other facilities include an infinity pool, beach club, games room, theater, art exhibitions, library, meeting rooms and a chef’s studio that will play host to Healthy Living workshops.
