Dubai's New Culinary Hotspot: The Lana

EAT

The long awaited The Lana, Dubai - Dorchester Collection has finally opened!

Situated in the heart of the city near downtown Dubai, the 30 floor hotel is located on the Marasi Bay marina, overlooking Burj Khalifa. Each of the 225 rooms/suites features an outdoor terrace and floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing natural light and sweeping views. Normally you’d have to go to the beach to find a property of this high a level in Dubai.

The restaurants alone are a reason to visit the new hotel. The Lana is a foodie hotspot with eight restaurants and mixology concepts, four of which are in collaboration with famed Michelin-starred chefs:

  • Jara by Martín Berasategui: The 12 Michelin starred chef serves up Basque classics from an open kitchen. The adjoining bar is moody and atmospheric, with amber-coloured drop lighting and an open-fire feature.

  • Riviera by Jean Imbert: A new modern Mediterranean restaurant inspired by his heritage and travels, and High Society located on the rooftop with 180° views across Downtown Dubai

  • Bonbon Cafe by Angelo Musa: Award-winning French pastry chef, Angelo Musa brings a taste of Parisian glamour, serving viennoiseries, freshly baked bread, a range of chocolate bonbons and ice cream, as well as sandwiches and salads.

  • High Society: A poolside eatery located on the 30th floor serving  fresh salads and truffle-infused tidbits during the day, before transforming into a vibrant rooftop bar at night.

Looking for more of a relaxing vacation? Take in the city’s iconic skyline at the rooftop infinity pool or unwind at UAE’s first Dior Spa (opening April 2024). Whether you’re a skyline admirer, a culinary explorer, or simply in need of luxurious respite, The Lana awaits!
