Magma Global is excited to announce the new hot spot that is bringing Mykonos to the Hamptons! The team behind Amali, Il Cantinori, and Periyali will bring the ethos of Mykonos to Water Mill on Memorial Day weekend. Executive chef Dominic Rice (formerly of Narcissa and Jean-Georges) will use Long Island seafood and produce for dishes like salt-baked striped bass, lobster bucatini and rocket salad with louza (cured pork), black mission figs and Kefalotiri cheese. 1020 Montauk Hwy, Water Mill, NY 11976
