Manhatta is a new restaurant from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, located at the top of the 28 Liberty building in Lower Manhattan. Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Jason Pfeifer, whose combined experience at Roman trattoria Maialino, Thomas Keller’s Per Se, and Gramercy Tavern informs his seasonal, soulful culinary style. At Manhatta, Chef Pfeifer’s New American cooking is peppered with French flavor and served à la carte at lunch and prix fixe at dinner, with a bar menu available throughout the day.
